I AM ALL ALONE IN DECEMBER 2013

From the 14th December to the 29th December 2013 i am left all alone. It means i will have to cook my own breakfast,lunch,dinner.Keep house clean and try to be happy.Work will keep me busy as we have the year end Gold Cup Meeting.InsyaAllah all will be well.

I AM SAD TODAY 10TH NOVEMBER 2013

THE 10TH NOVEMBER 2013 IS INDEED A SAD DAY FOR ME. I REGRET GOING TO GURNEY DRIVE ON THIS DAY. I AM HURT BY WORDS SAID BY SOMEONE I BROUGHT INTO THIS WORLD 38 YEARS AGO. THE SACRIFICE I MADE FOR HIM ALL WAS IN VAIN.MY HEART IS BROKEN TO PIECES. I CANNOT GO ON WRITING BUT WILL KEEP THIS DAY REMEMBERED ALWAYS.

Joshua's Individual dressage silver SUKMA 2013

Team Penang wins SILVER in DRESSAGE

The Penang Equestrian team won the Silver Medal in the team Dressage event at SUKMA/MALAYSIAN GAMES 2013 first day event with my son Mohd Joshua the team captain scoring the overall highest score of 67.5% on horse Rocket.Thank you to the coaches Johari Lee,Edric Lee,team manager Dr Edward,MSN Penang Pengarah Frederick, and the team..Shafieq bin Mohd Din,Mohamed Hakim Bin Musa and Tengku Mohammad Sharafuddin Abu Bakar.I am also happy that my friend Sweet Marie and the twins was there to see it.More medals to come in the individual dressage and showjumping tomorrow InsyaAllah. Syukur alhamdullilah .

12th April 2013 Josh/Ina leaving for Melbourne

Josh starting his 2nd year Advance Diploma Horse Management at SWTAFE Melbourne on the 15th April 2013 before he comes back on 15th June 2013 to represent Penang in this year's Sukma 2013 Equestrian challenge.Ina as usual will be sending him back. She be away till 2nd May 2013. Holiday again for her and poor me will be working LOL InsyaAllah all will be well with arrangements there and here.

HISTORICAL DAY 16th March 2013,

My first born son Izuddin Merican Noordin receiving the highest award from PSSLM from TYT Gabenor Pulau Pinang,at a grand ceremony at BERJAYA TIME SQUARE Penang, witnessed by thousands of martial arts students and gurus,MUAY TAI,SILAMBAM,WUSHU,SILAT LINCAH.I was present together with Mahaguru Tan Sri Omardin,Tan Sri Koh,Mejar General Jamil Khir and lots of other VVIPS from the martial arts societies.Semoga ALLAH SWT berkati perlantikan pada malam bersejarah ini. 2 selendang hitam in the Noordin Family. Syabas.

TRANSIENT ISCHEMIC ATTACK (TIA)

NO WE ARE NOT UNDER ALIEN ATTACK........LOL...or FROM ANYBODY/ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER only me...let me explain.. Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) is when blood flow to a part of the brain stops for a brief period of time. A person will have stroke-like symptoms for up to 24 hours, but in most cases for 1 - 2 hours.Mine twice lasted about 5 minutes 3 months ago and the most recent last week. It was frightening to say the least,i felt the world going round in circles and near a blackout. A TIA is felt to be a warning sign that a true stroke may happen in the future if something is not done to prevent it. A TIA is different than a stroke. After a TIA, the blockage breaks up quickly and dissolves. Unlike a stroke, a TIA does not cause brain tissue to die. The loss of blood flow to an area of the brain can be caused by: A blood clot in an artery of the brain A blood clot that travels to the brain from somewhere else in the body (for example, from the heart) An injury to blood vessels Narrowing of a blood vessel in the brain or leading to the brain High blood pressure is the number one risk for TIAs and stroke. The other major risk factors are: Atrial fibrillation Diabetes Family history of stroke High cholesterol Increasing age, especially after age 55 People who have heart disease or poor blood flow in their legs caused by narrowed arteries are also more likely to have a TIA or stroke.(most likely is what i have and the cause of my TIA.) INSYAALLAH I WILL FIGHT ON. FAMILY AND FRIENDS DON'T STOP YOUR PRAYERS FOR ME.

KEHILANGAN MU DALAM KENANGAN IBU YANG DI KASEHI

WALAUPUN LAGU INI BUAT SAHABAT TETAPI SAYA ANGGAP ARWAH IBU HAJJAH SITI MAHERAN BTE IBRAHIM IBU KU KAWAN KU TEMAN KU. AL- FATIHAH BUAT IBU KESAYANGAN KU,MAK I MISS YOU LOTS. Mak passed away on 13th February 2011. Her death left a big void in our hearts and it still does to this very day. But as time go on, we have learned to appreciate the valuable life lessons instilled in us by Mak as she is fondly called by all. It's funny how some of the things that she used to say still rings in my ear today. So many times, I wished that I had listened to her instructions, but as the only child, i always wanted to go out & experience life for myself. One thing I can say about Mak, she did not put up with a lot of foolishness when it came to raising me. Her firm voice and stern ways kept me in line, and I thank her for that. The love that I feel for Mak, I'm passing that same love down to my children in hopes that they would know what it feels like knowing that their mother loved and cared for them. Mak, I dedicate this writing in your memory. Just know that you have touched so many lives during your stay with us on this earth and for that i am forever grateful. Today, February 13, 2013, makes 2 years that Mak has been gone. It has not been easy. But I choose to remember her with warm thoughts, laughter, and of course, tears. My life has not been the same. There is not a day that goes by that I see or hear something that reminds me of her. What I wouldn't give to see her smile and hear her laughter. I remember all the conversations that we used to have. I love you Mak, always.......AL FATIHAH. MAK, Jika Belum Pernah Mak Dengar Ucapan Terima Kasihku Ketahuilah Doaku Ini Moga Tuhan Menyayangimu. Mak kau ampunilah dosaku Andainya pernah menghiris hatimu Restumu yang amatlah aku harapkan Kerana disitu letak syurgaku Tuhan Yang Esa Ampuni dosa Mak. Tempatkan Mak Di antara kekasih kekasihMu.
