I REMEMBER MY MOTHER HAJJAH SITI MAHERAN IBRAHIM

I always thought I’d have more time. There are still so many things on my list that I want to do with my mother, and I always thought we’d do them “someday”. I always thought my mother would get sick, we’d spend time together and then she'd pass away. I thought mother'd be “old”, would have lived a full life, and I’d be okay with the separation. I didn’t expect to feel like my heart was being ripped out of my body.

MUM WE MISS YOU SO MUCH,

In tears we saw you sinking,
And watched you pass away.
Our hearts were almost broken,
We wanted you to stay.

But when we saw you sleeping,
So peaceful, free from pain,
How could we wish you back with us,
To suffer that again.

It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you,
The day God took you home.

If Roses grow in Heaven,
Ya ALLAH please pick a bunch for me,
Place them in my Mother's arms
and tell her they're from me.

Tell her I love her and miss her,
and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
and hold her for awhile.

Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day,
but there's an ache within my heart
that will never go away.

Don't think of her as gone away
Her journey's just begun
Life holds so many facets
This earth is only one

Just think of her as resting
From the sorrows and the tears
In a place of warmth and comfort
Where there are no days and years

Think how she must be wishing
That we could know, today
Now nothing but our sadness
Can really pass away

And think of her as living
In the hearts of those she touched
For nothing loved is ever lost
And she is loved so very much

YA ALLAH YA TUHANKU AMPUNKAN LAH SEGALA DOSA IBUKU DAN TEMPATKAN LAH IBU DI TEMPAT YANG MULIA DI SISI MU YA ALLAH. AL FATEHA.AMIN.

I know that love never dies, that our loved ones are with us always, and that the memory of my mother will live in my heart forever. I also know that life is short and we never know when we’ll have our last opportunity to say the things we want to say, until the moment is gone.

So, if you want to say, “I love you”, go say it now. If you need to say, “I’m sorry” or “I forgive you”, go say it now. Go do the things you want to do with those that you love- now. Don’t think that you’re too busy or that you can do it tomorrow, for tomorrow may never come.

TO ALL THAT HAVE KNOWN MY MOTHER PLEASE SAY A PRAYER FOR HER AMIN.

THE RULES OF BEING A HUMAN

Skiing in Yongpyong South Korea.

The Rules of Being Human

You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for as long as you live. How you take care of it or fail to take care of it can make an enormous difference in the quality of your life.

You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time, informal school called Life. Each day, you will be presented with opportunities to learn what you need to know. The lessons presented are often completely different from those you think you need.

There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial, error and experimentation. You can learn as much from failure as you can from success. Maybe more.

A lesson is repeated until it is learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it (as evidenced by a change in your attitude and ultimately your behavior) then you can go on to the next lesson.

Learning lessons does not end. There is no stage of life that does not contain some lessons. As long as you live there will be something more to learn.

“There” is no better than “here”. When your “there” has become a “here” you will simply discover another “there” that will again look better than your “here.” Don’t be fooled by believing that the unattainable is better than what you have.

Others are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself. When tempted to criticize others, ask yourself why you feel so strongly.

What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you create with those tools and resources is up to you. Remember that through desire, goal setting and unflagging effort you can have anything you want. Persistence is the key to success.

The answers lie inside of you. The solutions to all of life’s problems lie within your grasp. All you need to do is ask, look, listen and trust yourself.

SHARING AS I SEE IT

Life Lessons
I've learned that you cannot make someone love you. All you can do is be someone who can be loved. The rest is up to them.

I've learned that no matter how much I care some people just don't care back.

I've learned that just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.

I've learned that it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it.

I've learned that it's not what you have in your life, but whom you have in your life that counts.

I've learned that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

I've learned that we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.

I've learned that either you control your attitude or it controls you.

I've learned that sometimes when I'm angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.

I've learned that maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you’ve celebrated.

I've learned that two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.

I've learned that no matter how good a friend is, they're going to hurt you every once in a while and you must forgive them for that.

I've learned that it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I've learned that just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other. And, just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do.

I’ve learned that no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn’t stop for your grief.

I’ve learned that no matter how you try to protect your children, they will eventually get hurt, and you will hurt in the process.

I've learned that you should never tell a child their dreams are unlikely or outlandish. Few things are more humiliating, and what a tragedy it would be if they believed it.

I've learned that heroes are people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done, regardless of the consequences.

I’ve learned that you can keep going long after you can’t.

TRIP TO HATYAI CANCELLED

Adib with nobilizer.

Grandson Adib with hand bandaged with IV line.

Mohd joshua being fed medication(cupcakes ahahaha)as incentive to take fever solution.

Man proposes God disposes.kita merancang and ALLAHSWT menentukan
From last month we were planning a one day trip to Hatyaai today and returning tomorrow, but my grandson Mohd Aareez Adib,3 1/2 years old had Pneumonia and was admitted to the child specialist centre in Penang on Saturday 16th July, then on late Sunday evening,My son Mohd Josh 18 year old baby came down with high fever 38.5 and was showing signs of flu coming, later that night another big baby wifey Ina,had fever and was also showing signs of Flu.
These 2 days, I hardly able to focus on my work due to my grandson, son and wife all having fever.
It seems inevitable to prevent my youngest son to pass on the virus to my wife. Everytime, either one will get infected by each other. No matter how I separate them, and distance them, the outcome is the same. Sigh.. I’m tired.
Now, I need to focus my effort to cure them.
Nowadays, I use more herbal solution than using the conventional medicine as herbal is more to curing the root cause and helps to strengthen the body's own immune system..

So, I just hope I can get my son and wifey back on their feet as soon as possible. Tomorrow insyaallah will be a better day as all are showing signs of fast recovery.
For now i am DOCTOR,COOK,DRIVER AND ALL ROUNDER LAH Now where is that nurse Mr Lee promised me.

ITU PASAL TAK JAGA GIGI MASA KECIL DAPAT TMJ

Yesterday I went to the TMJ doctor. My dentist didn’t really care when I told them about my jaw, and my orthodontist thought I was being overly sensitive when I said my gums(not many teeth left infact very few)ahahaha didn’t feel like they met the same way anymore(TAK SAMA MACAM TIME DATING2 DOLU2). So the pain and cracking sound has been bugging me for the past 3months and finally gathered enough courage to go see a specialist. I got a recommendation for one from my doctor friend and I made an appointment.

They’d sent me a a stack of papers to fill out about my history and any past treatment and all the xrays, scans and semua yang ada lah, so I handed those in when I first got to the office. I also had records from my doktor gigi sent there ahead of time. Then the doctor took a few minutes to look over everything before I went into his office to meet with him. We basically went over everything I’d written out, and he kind of restated things in his own notes. He also looked at the x-rays sent by my duktur gigi. (While he was looking, he was like, “Oh, you got your wisdom teeth removed?” and I was like, “Um, no, I don’t have wisdom teeth.” it was removed when i munch on jagung many moons ago hehehehehe

Then we moved into the examining room, where he looked at every tooth did not take long as there were only 6 left hahahaha and made comments on it while his assistant wrote everything down. Then he took some measurements with a very tiny ruler. The jaw is one of the most complex joints of the body, because it can move up and down,(like when you are doing rock and roll) to the tune of Elvis songs heheehehe, left to right, and forward and back. He measured my jaw doing each of these movements, to see how far it went in each direction. He also noted at approximately how many milimeters it would make a popping sound. (Only the left side pops, but it pops loud! Both he and the assistant were commenting on it, like, “Wow, I heard that one!”) He also noticed something that I’ve kind of felt and suspected for a long time, but no one has picked up on – when I open my mouth, my lower jaw kind of swerves to the right after the left joint pops. When he went to measure the forward/backward motion of my jaw, there was no popping noise. That was odd. It turns out, I was unconsiously swerving my jaw to the right while doing that move, too ni semua belajar tango from Lee lah tu. When he held my jaw so it couldn’t move to the right, it made a loud pop as it moved forward.adoi sakit nya,ni nak mula manjah lah ni mana dia INA yang ada cuma nurse nak pegang tangan takut nanti nurse kepak, nah tak sakit jaw sakit lain pulak... hehehehe

He did all the measurements again, to see how far I could close my mouth and everything, while wearing those. He also tried to slip a piece of paper out from between my back teeth. A thicker piece of paper could be held between my teeth, but he was able to slip out the thinner paper. After all the measurements, he felt around different areas of my face, neck, and shoulders to see if there was any pain.rasa macam dia ni er suka aje buat cam ni jangan2 ah tak lah my imagination kut hehehehe. There really wasn’t much sakit(except for the pain of him pressing my face).Ingat nak tombok tadi as my grandson would say,and i nearly laugh out loud when the the thoughts of HAVE YOU BRUSHED YOUR TEETH THE TEACHER ASKED AND THE ANSWER YES TEACHER I HAVE BRUSHED YOUR TEETH,ADOI KENA CONTROL HAHAHAHAHAHA

The doctor left the room, and came back with a chunk of hot wax that had been formed into a vaguely retainer shape. He put the wax into my mouth and had me bite down eeeyak tak sedap langsung, and positioned my jaw in a certain way, to make an impression. Then he ran some cold water over the wax to harden it. He put the wax back into my mouth lagi rasa eeeyak yak yucky, and with my jaw in that position, I opened and closed my mouth. There was almost no click!! In maybe five times of opening and closing, there was a very slight click twice. It was amazing!Wah dah cure lah ni ithought to myself, senang aje i think i can open TMJ kelinik kut, heheheheheh

Because he was able to get that paper stuck between my teeth, he said I was really able to clench my jaw at night. What he wants to do is put an additional piece on my upper gums that will keep my mouth further open. This is something called (TIN)apa it means i tak kuasa tanya by then dah penat. The theory behind this is that the usual mouthpiece people get to treat nighttime tooth/gum grinding (the kind that covers all your upper teeth/gum like a sport guard) may also increase the intensity of jaw clenching. The system is a piece about the diameter of a pencil, which goes between your upper and lower front teeth ER GUMS LAH TU. If you bite on this, your teeth ER GUMS OK OK TERLUPA PLAK don’t have high intensity contact, and your muscles contract only slightly. The doctor used the wax mold to figure out exactly how many milimeters he wanted to add in thicknes. Now the thought of bolih aku makan durian tak jap lagi ahahahaha came into my mind.

Finally, they did two types of therapy on me. I didn’t really enjoy either, couldn’t feel anything while it was happening, and don’t feel any difference now that it’s after 7 hours.. The first was ultrasound therapy. The assistant used an ultrasound thingy to rub cold gel all over both sides of my face for five minutes each. While the assitant was doing this, the doctor left the room to get me this thing called a Terbite my term lah tu hehehehehe. It’s a U-shaped piece of rubber that goes between my upper and lower teeth er gums lah tu. For five minutes at a time (he said definitely before bed, and maybe another time, like driving to or from work), I’m supposed to clench and relax with this in my mouth. The theory is that it will tire out the muscles (so they don’t clench as much on their own), but no real damage will be done because there is this rubber layer between my er gums /teeth sikit sangat. Then the second therapy they did was Diadahmy my term lah tu, which is basically a sound wave therapy. It was only done on the left side of my head eh dia ingat i sakit otak kut ahahahaha. The doctor and I both wore ear plugs, and he held this gun-like thingy to the side of my head. It made a really loud noise, and something about the sound waves was supposed to be good for my jaw. He had me wear the Terbite thingy and clench and release while he was doing this, and the thing was held right next to my ear adoi bising betui kuat lah juga the bunyi macam keretapi nya whistle and clanging. He also gave me my ear plugs back at the end, which I assume means I’m supposed to bring them back next time in case he does Diadahmy again.

When I was all done, the doctor and I went out to the front desk together. He said my next appointment should be for an hour and fiften minutes, and he wants it to be in a week, no more than two weeks. Well, I don’t know if that’s going to happen. Also, this doctor doesn’t do anything with insurance. I have to pay them up front, and then they just give me a form that I can send to my insurance to be reimbursed. I’d been told that the cost of the consultation would be about RM600, which was true, but… then they added the Terbite and Diadahmy and the ultrasound, and it came out to more like rm900. Ugh. (Which I may or may not even be reimbursed for!) They also gave me a form with the costs of everything they plan to do at the next visit. I was looking over it, and it didn’t look so bad, probably about RM600 again… Then I looked again. IN SMALL LETTERS near the edge of the page was an 8cm=.RM1800! If my insurance isn’t going to cover this, I don’t know about going back there for a RM1800 centimeter of plastic, you know?

So, overall, it went really well. The doctor noticed things that others had missed, and didn’t think I was crazy in the least. In fact, I thought I had a pretty minor case, but out of four options for the severity of the patient’s condition – not bad, pertengahan, terover, and banyak susah – he has categorized me as manjah ahahahaha new category included after my visit adoi kata nurse tu lah bukan duktor dia kata banyak susah lah hehehehehe. He was friendly (so were the rest of his staff!) and thorough, and although his office is a pain to get out of at rush hour, it’s relatively easy for me to get to, even from work dekat rumah and opis. So… we’ll see. We’ll see what my insurance company says, we’ll see if anything is covered (or goes towards my deductible, more likely), and we’ll see if I go back. I guess I would like to CUBA2 TRY2 lah kalau ada improvement why not,nah tu dia cerita kat doktor tadi.ALL IN ALL INSYAALLAH SEMUA OK.THANKS ALL FOR THE DOA AND PRAYERS.

moral of the story look after your teeth if ada teeth tak dak TMJ,my friend SWEET MARIE and LEE TORONTO no problem gigi best punya ahahahaha take care all.

NOTE:TMJ IS SHORT FOR temporomandibular joint

I AM IN PAIN TMJ PART2

FAMILY AND FRIENDS UPDATE ON PART2 OF MY BATTLE WITH TMJ I CAN TELL YOU ITS NO WALK IN THE PARK PAIN IS NOW THE ORDER OF THE DAY AS THE TMJ STARTS TO GET WORST BY THE DAY HERE IS A LITTLE MORE INFO ABOUT TMJ

What is the temporomandibular joint?

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is the area directly in front of the ear on either side of the head where the upper jaw (maxilla) and lower jaw (mandible) meet. Within the TMJ, there are moving parts that allow the upper jaw to close on the lower jaw. This joint is a typical sliding "ball and socket" that has a disc sandwiched between it. The TMJ is used throughout the day to move the jaw, especially in biting and chewing, talking, and yawning. It is one of the most frequently used joints of the body.

The temporomandibular joints are complex and are composed of muscles, tendons, and bones. Each component contributes to the smooth operation of the TMJ. When the muscles are relaxed and balanced and both jaw joints open and close comfortably, we are able to talk, chew, or yawn without pain.

We can locate the TMJ by putting a finger on the triangular structure in front of the ear. The finger is moved just slightly forward and pressed firmly while opening the jaw. The motion felt is from the TMJ. We can also feel the joint motion if we put a little finger against the inside front part of the ear canal. These maneuvers can cause considerable discomfort to a person who is experiencing TMJ difficulty, and doctors use them for making the diagnosis.

TMJ pain disorders usually occur because of unbalanced activity, spasm, or overuse of the jaw muscles. Symptoms tend to be chronic, and treatment is aimed at eliminating the precipitating factors. Many symptoms may not appear related to the TMJ itself. The following are common symptoms.

Headache: Approximately 80% of patients with a TMJ disorder complain of headache, and 40% report facial pain. Pain is often made worse while opening and closing the jaw. Exposure to cold weather or air-conditioned air may increase muscle contraction and facial pain.

Ear pain: About 50% of patients with a TMJ disorder notice ear pain and do not have signs of ear infection. The ear pain is usually described as being in front of or below the ear. Often, patients are treated multiple times for a presumed ear infection, which can often be distinguished from TMJ disorder by an associated hearing loss or ear drainage (which would be expected if there really was an ear infection). Because ear pain occurs so commonly, ear specialists are frequently called on to make the diagnosis of a TMJ disorder.

Sounds: Grinding, crunching, or popping sounds, medically termed crepitus, are common for patients with a TMJ disorder. These sounds may or may not be accompanied by increased pain.

Dizziness: Of patients with a TMJ disorder, 40% report a vague sense of dizziness or imbalance (usually not a spinning type vertigo). The cause of this type of dizziness is not well understood.

Fullness of the ear: About 33% of patients with a TMJ disorder describe muffled, clogged, or full ears. They may notice ear fullness and pain during airplane takeoffs and landings. These symptoms are usually caused by eustachian-tube dysfunction, the structure responsible for the regulation of pressure in the middle ear. It is thought that patients with TMJ disorders have hyperactivity (spasms) of the muscles responsible for regulating the opening and closing of the eustachian tube.

Ringing in the ear (tinnitus): For unknown reasons, 33% of patients with a TMJ disorder experience noise or ringing in the ears (tinnitus). Of those patients, half will have resolution of their tinnitus after successful treatment of their TMJ disorder.

What is the treatment for TMJ disorders?

The mainstay of treatment for acute TMJ pain is heat and ice, soft diet, and anti-inflammatory medications.

1. Jaw rest: It can be beneficial to keep the teeth apart as much as possible. It is also important to recognize when tooth grinding is occurring and devise methods to cease this activity. Patients are advised to avoid chewing gum or eating hard, chewy, or crunchy foods such as raw vegetables, candy, or nuts. Foods that require opening the mouth widely, such as a big hamburger, are also not recommended.

2. Heat and ice therapy: These assist in reducing muscle tension and spasm. However, immediately after an injury to the TMJ, treatment with cold applications is best. Cold packs can be helpful for relieving pain.

3. Medications: Anti-inflammatory medications such as aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil and others), naproxen (Aleve and others), or steroids can help control inflammation. Muscle relaxants, such as diazepam (Valium), aid in decreasing muscle spasms. In certain situations, local injection of cortisone preparations (methylprednisolone [Depo-Medrol], triamcinolone [Kenalog], Celestone) into the TMJ may be helpful.

4. Physical therapy: Passively opening and closing the jaw, massage, and electrical stimulation help to decrease pain and increase the range of motion and strength of the joint.

5. Stress management: Stress support groups, psychological counseling, and medications can also assist in reducing muscle tension. Biofeedback helps people recognize times of increased muscle activity and spasm and provides methods to help control them.

6. Occlusal therapy: A custom-made acrylic appliance which fits over the teeth is commonly prescribed for night but may be required throughout the day. It acts to balance the bite and reduce or eliminate teeth grinding or clenching (bruxism).

7. Correction of bite abnormalities: Corrective dental therapy, such as orthodontics, may be required to correct an abnormal bite. Dental restorations assist in creating a more stable bite. Adjustments of bridges or crowns act to ensure proper alignment of the teeth.

8. Surgery: Surgery is indicated in those situations in which medical therapy has failed. It is done as a last resort. TMJ arthroscopy, ligament tightening, joint restructuring, and joint replacement are considered in the most severe cases of joint damage or deterioration.

WELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT IS WHAT TMJ IS ALL ABOUT.

MY BATTLE BEGINS WITH GOING TO SEE A TMJ SPECIALIST ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE 7TH OF JULY 2011.@2.30 PM AS HE IS AWAY IN CHINA TO LECTURE ABOUT TMJ.
PRAY FOR ME THAT WE FIND THE BEST SOLUTION, INSYAALLAH.
MEANWHILE MY HUMOR AND STRENGTH IS STILL IN TACK IN SPITE OF THE PAIN.

Family and friends

DON'T GET EXCITED I HAVE NOT FOUND SOMEONE NEW NOR AM I HAVING AN AFFAIR,ITS JUST THAT I APPRECIATE BEAUTY HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
To all my family and friends,
I have kept this a secret for the last 3 months but i feel its time i write about it so that you all know what i am going through now.BUT I WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW THAT I CAN LIVE WITH THIS AND THAT MY SENSE OF HUMOR AND QUALITY OF LIFE IS STILL THE SAME ONLY THING IS I HAVE TO ADJUST AND ITS NOT EASY.
I have what they call TMJ or TMD,No its not an award but simply a illness to be exact its best described by WIKIPEDIA But you can also google or yahoo it by typing in simply TMJ to find out more about it but not all symtoms are the same anyway here,s part one of my TMJ.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia....

Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJD or TMD), or TMJ syndrome, is an umbrella term covering acute or chronic inflammation of the temporomandibular joint, which connects the mandible to the skull. The disorder and resultant dysfunction can result in significant pain and impairment. Because the disorder transcends the boundaries between several health-care disciplines—in particular, dentistry and neurology—there are a variety of treatment approaches.

The temporomandibular joint is susceptible to many of the conditions that affect other joints in the body, including ankylosis, arthritis, trauma, dislocations, developmental anomalies, and neoplasia.

Signs and symptoms of temporomandibular joint disorder vary in their presentation and can be very complex, but are often simple. On average the symptoms will involve more than one of the numerous TMJ components: muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, bones, connective tissue, and the teeth.[5] Ear pain associated with the swelling of proximal tissue is a symptom of temporomandibular joint disorder.

Symptoms associated with TMJ disorders may be:

Biting or chewing difficulty or discomfort
Clicking, popping, or grating sound when opening or closing the mouth
Dull, aching pain in the face
Earache (particularly in the morning)
Headache (particularly in the morning)
Hearing loss
Migraine (particularly in the morning)
Jaw pain or tenderness of the jaw
Reduced ability to open or close the mouth
Tinnitus
Neck and shoulder pain
Dizziness
More about TMJ/TMJD to follow hopefully with pictures. For now the pain is bearable but i am on massive dose of PAIN KILLERS,and the dizzy spells have made me to not drive unless i have no choice for now INA my faithful wife does all the driving if needed.Family and friends PRAY for me that i can adjust to this illness as there are no known cure and surgery is only as a last resort.I am for the time being doing Physio to relieve the pain and relax the nerves connected to the Jaw.Hey i can live with this,if i cannot run i will walk and if i cannot walk i will crawl but i will keep going, one thing pain cannot take away from me is my humor and the day i lose that then its the day you know you lost me.

SHARING HAPPINESS

A 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud woman, who is fully dressed each morning by eight o’clock, with her hair fashionably combed, even though she is legally blind, moved to a nursing home today.

Her husband of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary. After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, she smiled sweetly when told her room was ready.

On the long walk to the elevator, as she paused to lean on her cane, the attendant provided a visual description of the woman’s tiny room. “I love it”, she stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy.

“Mrs. Jones, you haven’t seen the room; just wait”, explained the attendant.

“That doesn’t have anything to do with it”, she replied. “Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn’t depend on how the furniture is arranged. Rather, it’s how I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it. It’s a decision I make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice; I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do.”

The elderly woman continued, “Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open, I’ll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I’ve stored away…. Just for this time in my life. Old age is like a bank account. You withdraw from what you’ve put in. So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the bank account of memories! Thank you for your part in filling my Memory Bank, as I am still making deposits each day.”

According to Mrs. Jones, being happy is a choice we make each day, and it’s simple if we just remember these five rules:

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less.

So family and friends hopefully this happiness can be shared and felt by all that read my blog Insyaallah.

LOOKING IN AND OUT OF MY BALCONY

Me and the love of my life INA

Close up of dining table

view looking in from my balcony

view from looking out of my balcony to the right
View from looking out from my balcony to the left

One day at the balcony,
Do you love me?" my wife asks
One elbow on the easy chair
The other resting on her hip.
her eyes search mine with hope.
I answered her Yes i do
I know I love her
But love is such a tiny word
When she has filled my world
With wonder and trust and faith.

"Do you love me?" she asks me again before going to sleep.
Knees locked in with mine
Skin against skin, stuck together.
Laying next to me, she shudders.

She knows she loves me
In the morning when she awakes
The first thought is me
As she pulls out of bed.

"Yes, I do love you,I said
More than you can see, more than you will ever know
I love you always and forever
In this life and the next" I said with all of my heart.

She giggles like a child
She knew this answer
As she still search my face
For any hint of lies.

She will find no lies
Just honesty and love.
She lingers a bit longer
holding my hand and caressing it with her fingers.

Finally she pulls herself out
Of our bed, the very same bed
That we shared most of our times together.
She then rushes to get breakfast and my work clothes ready.
INA I LOVE YOU NOW AND FOREVER.NEVER EVER DOUBT IT.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY OF THE DAY WE FIRST MET AT KL MANY MANY MANY MOONS AGO.

LOTHAR HIRNEISE

Who is Lothar Hirneise? According to one source, possibly one of the most knowledgeable persons in the world on the subject of cancer... Lothar Hirneise is also the President and Founder of People against Cancer [Menschen gegen Krebs] Germany, a non-profit organization established to promote international Research, education and consulting regarding alternative, as well as conventional cancer therapies. He is the author of Chemotherapy Heals Cancer and the Earth is Flat.

"Who survives cancer? - The 3E Program (Ernährung, Entgiftung, Energie) (Eat right, Eliminate [Detoxification], Energy)

In the last few years I have interviewed several hundred so-called final stage survivors, meaning patients who were in the final stage of cancer and who are all healthy again today. And already after, met me say 50 patients, did it become rather quickly clear to me, that was actually going on here. Which before had rather eluded me for years because I had always delved too deeply into these theories about that cancer really is. And what was it? Very simple, there are three points:

1. One point, which I discovered with 100% of all survivors, is the energy work, the sun.

2. In approximately, hmm - I will say 80% of all patients, I found a nutritional change.

3. And in at least 60% of all patients did I find intensive detoxification therapies.

These are the three really important points, the central thread or continuity that can be found in these patients that have survived cancer in the final stage. More information can be found if you google LOTHAR HIRNEISE.

FIRST MOTHERS DAY WITHOUT MY DEAREST MOTHER 2011

Much as i tried to write, tears keep flowing as memories of mum keeps coming back.when i was a young boy in school, mum would say "belajar pandai2 nanti dah kerja bolih beli hadiah untuk hari jadi mak,and tiap bulan bolih bagi mak duit jangan banyak 20 ringgit pun jadilah" ("Study hard my son and then when you are working you can buy me a birthday present and give me money not much 20 dollars will do")now i can well afford to do that and more she is no longer here. If tears could build a stairway and memories were a lane,
I would walk all the way to Heaven, to bring her home again
No farewell words were spoken, no time to say good-bye
mum, you were gone before i knew it,
my hearts ache in sadness, and secret tears will flow
What is meant to lose you, no one will ever know.
So lets us all treasure our mother before she is gone forever.
To all mothers round the world Thank You.
Insyaallah, doa anak mak selalu untuk mak kesayangan.
Ya Allah,God almighty please look after my mother Hajjah Siti Maheran Bte Ibrahim she is now up in heavens with you.INSYAALLAH. AMIN.

Mum's Final Resting Place.I MISS YOU MUM

The Prophet (peace be upon him) was once asked by a companion: "O messenger of Allah! Are there any deeds that I could do to be of service to my parents after they have passed away?"

The Prophet (peace be upon him), replied: "Yes there are: you should supplicate for them and ask Allah to forgive them; you should carry out (fulfill) their promises; you should maintain good relations with your relatives ; and you should honour their friends."

(Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah and Ibn Hibban)

A tribute to my late MUM.

MUM CARRYING ME
FLOWERS FOR MUM.

In the ordinary course of life, mother is the 1st person that could feel her precious little one. And she is among the 1st person to welcome the grand appearance of her precious little one. All the pain and exhaustion are being replaced with a broad smile upon laying the 1st glance on her tiny tot.

It is the hope of a mother that her precious one grows up healthily and happily, achieve flying colours results academically, earning a comfortable living, leading a fulfilling, stable life.

The most rewarding thing for a mother is... able to be there to see her precious one achieving all the above and being included in every step along the way.

The side a mother reluctant to let her precious one to see is the side of her turning frail... for she is the superwoman in her precious one's heart. As time set foot prints upon her physically... her superwoman image is no longer intact and the harder she tries to not becoming a burden.

Even the longest meet would come to an end. While the mother is there witnessing the beginning of the life of her precious one, the children are the ones that sending her off as her life journey has come to the end.

No separation is easy. Departure of love ones even more so. Feeling hollow and momentarily lost. Tough and very trying time it surely is. Allow yourself to grief if you must. It would help to know that although she can't be here physically yet she lives in you, and somewhere in your heart. And she wouldn't want you to live your life any different from what she knew all these while.

MUM I LOVE YOU,I MISS YOU DEARLY AND BEING YOUR ONLY CHILD I WILL REMEMBER YOU FOREVER AS LONG AS I LIVE,MY PRAYERS ALWAYS FOR YOU, INSYAALAH,AL FATIHAH.
