Mak passed away on 13th February 2011. Her death left a big void in our hearts and it still does to this very day. But as time go on, we have learned to appreciate the valuable life lessons instilled in us by Mak as she is fondly called by all. It's funny how some of the things that she used to say still rings in my ear today. So many times, I wished that I had listened to her instructions, but as the only child, i always wanted to go out & experience life for myself. One thing I can say about Mak, she did not put up with a lot of foolishness when it came to raising me. Her firm voice and stern ways kept me in line, and I thank her for that.
The love that I feel for Mak, I'm passing that same love down to my children in hopes that they would know what it feels like knowing that their mother loved and cared for them.
Mak, I dedicate this writing in your memory. Just know that you have touched so many lives during your stay with us on this earth and for that i am forever grateful.
Today, February 13, 2013, makes 2 years that Mak has been gone. It has not been easy. But I choose to remember her with warm thoughts, laughter, and of course, tears. My life has not been the same. There is not a day that goes by that I see or hear something that reminds me of her. What I wouldn't give to see her smile and hear her laughter. I remember all the conversations that we used to have. I love you Mak, always.......AL FATIHAH.

The Penang Equestrian team won the Silver Medal in the team Dressage event at SUKMA/MALAYSIAN GAMES 2013 first day event with my son Mohd Joshua the team captain scoring the overall highest score of 67.5% on horse Rocket.Thank you to the coaches Johari Lee,Edric Lee,team manager Dr Edward,MSN Penang Pengarah Frederick, and the team..Shafieq bin Mohd Din,Mohamed Hakim Bin Musa and Tengku Mohammad Sharafuddin Abu Bakar.I am also happy that my friend Sweet Marie and the twins was there to see it.More medals to come in the individual dressage and showjumping tomorrow InsyaAllah. Syukur alhamdullilah .
